Following a year of market research, product planning, and obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission (PUC), Summit began actual operations in May 1997. Demonstrating exceptional competence in marketing, engineering, operations, and customer service, Summit achieved $1 million in revenues in its second year of operations, and doubled that amount in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000.

In the year 2000, Summit has expanded and diversified it’s presence and opportunities in the telecommunications field by combining the best in interactive web and telecommunications technology through it’s Hawaii based call center operations. This service provides inbound / outbound answering, telemarketing, teleordering and web-connected services, capable of worldwide coverage, 24 hours, seven days a week.
