NEW HOME ORIENTATION
Within the gracious surroundings of the concierge pavilion, homeowners will be welcomed by a one-on-one meeting with a Concierge staff member to learn all the exclusive benefits and services within the 49 Black Sand Beach community and the world-renowned Mauna Lani Resort.

MOVING IN
The Residential Concierge can help ease the difficulties of establishing a new residence from a distance by coordinating utility services, moving companies and even deliveries from interior decorators.

TRANSPORTATION
Travel to and from the airport, as well as within 49 Black Sand Beach and the greater Mauna Lani Resort, can be coodinated with one call.

CUSTODIAL KEY SERVICE
A spare copy of the key to one's home and/or car is kept for safeguarding with the Concierge. Of course, it is readily made available for authorized guests at the homeowner's request or in case of emergency.

MAIL FORWARDING
In a homeowner's absence, incoming mail will be forwarded on a weekly basis to the address of their choice.

CONTRACT SERVICES
At the resident's request, the Residential Concierge can coordinate and supervise the work of the maintenance, housekeeping, plant care or any other services.

AUTOMOBILES AND GOLF CART MAINTENANCE
To ensure every resident's safety, automobiles will be started up and batteries checked in their absence. Likewise, golf cart batteries will be checked for leaks and re-charged prior to a resident's return.

SPECIAL EVENT PLANNING
Whether the event is large or small, casual or formal, the expert Concierge staff can help with entertaining plans.

CHILD CARE SERVICES
Parents may ask for a reputable referral for child care providers for their keiki.

ERRAND RUNNING
The Concierge is always available to assist with errands, leaving homeowners more time to enjoy the beauty and quiet of 49 Black Sand Beach. (Distance and limitations apply.)

LAUNDRY SERVICE
The Concierge may provide a laundry bag and call for pick-up. One-day (24-hour) service can be provided with pick up in the morning, returning the following afternoon.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Even in paradise, responsibilities may occasionally call. The Concierge can assist with sending or receiving a fax, making copies or having a letter typed.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PREPARATIONS
With advance notice, a home may be opened up, the refrigerator stocked and housekeeping arranged before a resident's arrival. After departure, Concierge services can also make any necessary arrangements.

PROPERTY SERVICES
During a homeowner's absence the Residential Concierge can physically inspect a residence on a weekly or monthly basis.
